Creating Fairer Job Opportunities in Cardiff
The Ffair Jobs Community Jobs Compact is a reciprocal agreement between the local Cardiff community and employers, co-produced by employers and communities together, and signed by major employers such as IKEA, ITV Wales, Careers Wales, and the Welsh Parliament. It seeks to overcome inequality in the recruitment process, as well ensure everyone in Cardiff is paid a fair day’s wage for a fair day’s work.

Wales' first ever Living Wage Job Site
We believe in equity in employment. That’s why we only share jobs that pay at least a real Living Wage, from employers who have signed our Community Jobs Compact, committing to overcoming the prejudice and inequality felt by many people when applying for jobs, and actively working towards tackling poverty, unemployment and under-representation in the workforce.
